These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the voltedlife.com website and the mobile apps published by VoltedLife (operated by Kik Rox LLC) ("VoltedLife," "we," "us"). By using them, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using our apps. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. If you download an app from Apple's App Store, your use is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these Terms conflict with it, Apple's terms control as to Apple.
2. Your content. You own the content you create in our apps (such as Connect the Dots journeys, moments, photos and videos). You give us permission to store and transmit it only as needed to provide features you turn on, such as sync. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you add.
3. Accounts. Some features need an optional account. Keep your device and sign-in secure. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
4. Acceptable use. Don't misuse the apps or website. That includes interfering with their operation, trying to access others' data, reverse engineering where prohibited by law, or using them unlawfully.
5. Quiet Salah. Quiet Salah relies on your device's location services and on third-party map data (OpenStreetMap and Overture Maps) that may be incomplete or inaccurate. Silencing may not happen at every location or every time, and depends on your device settings and permissions. Don't rely on it where missing a call or alert could cause harm.
6. Third-party services and data. Our apps use services and data from third parties (for example Apple, Google, Supabase, OpenStreetMap and Overture Maps), each under its own terms and licenses.
7. Disclaimer. The apps and website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the apps or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes and termination. We may update these Terms or change or discontinue features. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. You may stop using the apps at any time.
10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
